Project description
As a new ServiceNow customer, the aim of the project was to set up IT management processes based on the expertise of the team using GLPI. In order to obtain a return on investment from the processes implemented, the scope of the project was extended to the standardization of the CMDB data from several sources.
Tasks achieved
- Track ongoing projects on the platform.
- Using Agile methodology for development.
- Lifecycle management of ServiceNow platforms.
- Integration of ServiceNow with IdentityNow for user identity management.
- Integration of ServiceNow with KUDELSKI for security incident management.
- Integration of ServiceNow with Ivanti Service Manager for CMDB management.
- Needs analysis and solution proposals in line with ServiceNow best practices.
- Configuration of the Subscription Management module for tracking ServiceNow license usage.
- Analysis, design, coding, testing, training and operational support for ITSM functionalities.
- Developed, configured and administered workflows to support platform-based business processes. Configuration and training on the Targeted Communications module for programmed dissemination of information to the IT community.
