Project description
As a new ServiceNow customer, the aim of the project is to implement IT and Project Management processes for all Castel Afrique subsidiaries.
Tasks achieved
- Design and implement catalog elements.
- Improve ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.).
- ITBM module and functionalities improvements on the portal and in the back office.
- Develop new scripts to align with the Release Management application's current functionalities.
- Advise the Product Owner on the techniques and features to be implemented to improve the platform and meet the company's needs.
