Project description
In order to provide a better service to these customers, projects aimed at enhancing ServiceNow's functionality and maintaining the platform's stability were carried out during this period.
Tasks achieved
- Configure/customize ServiceNow system, including workflows.
- Perform system and application configuration and management.
- Provide level 2 customer support for tickets assigned to the ServiceNow team.
- Provide problem analysis while working to find solutions to technical issues.
