Project description
As part of the optimization of IT processes, a project was launched to migrate the Service Manager platform to ServiceNow. This project covers several aspects of IT service and operations management.
Tasks achieved
- Established processes and methodologies to investigate and guarantee platform stability and performance.
- Supporting the teams in charge of ITSM processes in the migration project from HP Service Manager to ServiceNow.
- Develop a custom application to ensure PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.
- Be responsible for the technical implementation of the ITOM Helath module.
