In order to guarantee the stability of the ServiceNow platform, instance upgrade projects have been carried out for named customers.

Tasks achieved

• Fix Skipped Records.
• Processing of Skipped Records.
• Support level 03 after upgrades.
• Upgrade of 10 ServiceNow platforms.
• Migrate DEV, TEST and PROD instances from New York to Orlando.
