Project description
In order to provide better service to hotels managed by the Accor group, projects to improve ServiceNow functionality and maintain the stability of plateform were carried out during that period.
Tasks achieved
- Using Agile methodology for development.
- Create a quotation page linked to orders.
- Implement visibility rules on the portal.
- Create a carousel catalog on the portal side.
- Automate imports via an import management module.
- Develop new functions for the CSM, ITSM and SP suites.
- Custom widget for viewing items according to type of financing (purchase, lease).
- Customization of the portal according to the customer connected (logo, welcome message, blocks). Development of a custom widget for loading order files from the portal, taking into account visibility and modification rights.
